This form is designed to permit an individual employed by a newspaper, televsion, radio or other media organization to apply for a read-only Media account to access the Northern District of Ohio's Electronic Filing System. The Court reserves all rights to grant, deny or withdraw access to the system at any time. Individuals whose applications are granted will be provided with an id and password that, in addition to permitting the user to view publicly available documents, will also provide the ability to generate various case listings and sign up to receive electronic notices of Court orders and attorney filings in individual cases.

By submitting this registration form, the undersigned agrees to abide by all Court rules, orders and policies and procedures governing the use of the electronic filing system and acknowledge that all PACER Fees apply. Media members must protect the security of their passwords and immediately notify the Court if they learn that their password has been compromised by an unauthorized user.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive notification by U.S. mail of your user id and password needed to access the system. Procedures for using the system will be available for downloading when you access the system via the Internet. You may contact the Electronic Filing Help Desk in the Clerks Office at 1-800-355-8498 if you have any questions concerning the registration process or the use of the electronic filing system.
