You may access the courthouse by using either the pedestrian walkway located by the Tower City Center food court, near the restrooms, or by using the main building entrance at 801 West Superior Avenue.

Handicapped Access for Carl B. Stokes Court House

There is an elevator for handicapped access from the ground level of Tower City Center parking to the pedestrian walkway to the courthouse.
