Revised Civil Cover Sheet with New Nature of Suits

The Civil Cover Sheet has been updated to include 7 new nature of suits approved by the
Judicial Conference of the U.S. Courts. Thirteen nature of suits that are no longer needed have also been removed from the form. The updated Civil Cover Sheet is available here.
