Conferences will typically be held on Mondays.
If counsel has a conflict with the scheduled date and time, please call chambers as soon as possible or as soon as the conflict is discovered. Counsel are not required to file a motion to continue the conference.
Parties are not required to attend the conference, unless the Court indicated otherwise in the notice.
If counsel desire, out of town counsel may participate by phone by calling chambers to make arrangements not later than three business days prior to conference.
