U.S.District Court, Northern District of Ohio - Judge Adams was nominated by President George W. Bush in January of 2003 to a seat vacated by the Honorable Sam H. Bell. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 10, 2003 and he received his commission on February 12, 2003.
