Scheduling Conflicts

 
 

If a party needs an extension/change of a deadline and/or hearing date, a written motion must be filed with the Court. In addition, the person making the request must contact other counsel/parties, and mutually agree on a new date and time. A letter then is sent to the Court, stating the reason for the continuance, and also stating that the parties have agreed to this new date and time. No further notices will be issued by the Court; the letter from counsel/parties will serve as the only notification.
