Appointed to the position of Magistrate Judge by the Judges of the Northern District of Ohio effective July 30, 2010.

Substantial general litigation experience in federal and state courts including successful trial and appellate level defense of death and serious injury cases and class action litigation in federal and state courts. Also commercial, employment, products liability, and environmental litigation at the trial and appellate court levels.  Served for several years as national counsel for the locomotive video program of a Class 1 railroad.
