You are invited to attend the FBA Northern District of Ohio Chapter Trial Academy: Preliminary Injunction Hearings, which will be held beginning October 5, 2026.
Are you looking for more courtroom experience? Are you looking to enhance your trial advocacy skills?
Learn best practices and techniques in preparing and presenting a preliminary injunction proceeding in federal court. How to prepare witnesses for the proceeding, as well as how to effectively conduct a direct and cross examination of those witnesses. How to construct an effective and persuasive argument either for or against injunctive relief.
Faculty includes highly experienced and distinguished trial lawyers.
What makes Trial Academy unique is this: The program culminates in each student conducting a mock Preliminary Injunction hearing before a sitting federal Judge. Each Judge will provide constructive and insightful feedback to each student.
The program is designed to be highly interactive. The Trial Academy model is a simple one: "Teach, Show, and then Do." The program includes dynamic lectures and demonstrations by faculty. One-on-one coaching and feedback is provided to each student.
