If you have been convicted of a felony, you are not eligible for jury service unless you have had your voting rights restored in the state where you were convicted. For example, if you were convicted of a felony in this state, Ohio law sets forth the steps you must take to restore your voting rights and thereby become eligible for jury service. If you have been convicted of a felony in any state but have had your voting rights restored, please provide proof to us with documents from that state showing your voting rights have been restored. If you have not had your voting rights restored but wish to, or have questions about your status, please contact the Attorney General's Office in the state where you were convicted or consult with a qualified lawyer.
