This form is designed to permit an individual employed by a newspaper, television, radio or other media organization to apply for a read-only Media account to access the Northern District of Ohio's Electronic Filing System. The Court reserves all rights to grant, deny or withdraw access to the system at any time. Individuals whose applications are granted will be provided with an id and password that, in addition to permitting the user to view publicly available documents, will also provide the ability to generate various case listings and sign up to receive electronic notices of Court orders and attorney filings in individual cases.
