Judge Patricia A. Gaughan, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, announced that Charles Esque Fleming, Esq. was sworn in today to serve as a United States District Judge in Cleveland. Judge Fleming was nominated by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. to serve a life term. Judge Fleming replaces District Judge Gwin, who assumed senior status in February 2021.
