The FBA Northern District of Ohio Chapter "Trial Academy - TROs and Injunctive Relief" will be held on September 22, 2023 and September 29, 2023 at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Court House in Cleveland, Ohio.

Do you want to improve your skills in a realistic setting?
Would you like to learn the nuts and bolts of injunctive relief.
This year's Trial Academy will teach you practical skills for obtaining and opposing requests for injunctive relief while sharpening your courtroom skills and is designed to function like a mini trial.
Gain experience through classroom instruction, one-on-one coaching, and courtroom practice, which will include openings, closings, and examination of witnesses in front of state and federal judges. Participants will engage with live witnesses, obtain hands-on "stand-up" experience in the courtroom, and receive feedback from judges and experienced practitioners.

September 27, 2023 – 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (virtual meeting or another mutually agreed upon time)
September 29, 2023 – 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
**11.75 hours of CLE, including 1.50 hours of professional conduct - CLE program approval pending by The Supreme Court of Ohio
