Criminal Debt Payments
Criminal Debt Payments can be paid online through Pay.gov. Pay.gov is a secure Government website that allows you to submit payments for your federal debt(s) electronically. Pay.gov is managed by the Department of Treasury, Financial Management Services.
You can pay by using a personal or business checking or savings account. You can pay your own criminal debt(s) or pay on behalf of someone. There is a minimum transaction of $5.01. You can make payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You also have the option to setup recurring payments by enrolling. Details and instructions are provided in the brochure below. It is not mandatory to make your payment through Pay.gov, you can still mail your payment or come in to one of our divisional offices.
