The Ohio Women's Bar Foundation is now accepting applications for its Leadership Institute.

Over the course of six months, members of the Leadership Institute cohort will engage a robust curriculum facilitated by a diverse group of educators, facilitators, professional panels, and thought leaders on topics such as Dynamic Leadership; Effective Communication; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Access; Entrepreneurship & Business Development; Mental Health and Wellness; and Personal Branding. Sessions are held once a month from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM in locations throughout Ohio.  The program runs from November 2023 until April 2024.

ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Since 2011, more than 150 women lawyers, from across Ohio, have graduated from the OWBF Leadership Institute. The six-month program has helped to connect participants with the tools, resources, and network to achieve their goals as well as to support and promote the visibility and career progression of women lawyers in Ohio.
