Handicapped Access for Carl B. Stokes Courthouse There is an elevator on the ground level of Tower City Center parking garage to the pedestrian walkway to the courthouse. There is a ramp to the left of the main entrance door for access. There is a handicap button that will open the door to gain access to the building.	Handicapped Access for Howard M. Carl B. Stokes Courthouse

Parking is available at the Tower City Center Parking Lot. This lot can be accessed on West 6th Street between Prospect and Huron Road, as well as off Canal Road in the Flats. The Tower City Center Parking Lot accepts both cash and credit cards. Parking is also available in the surface lot directly west of the Courthouse on West Superior Avenue. This parking lot only accepts cash. The cost for parking is typically between $7.50-$16.00 per day. Prices are subject to change. Please bring your parking stub or receipt with you to the Jury Department for verification. You are responsible for paying for your parking the day of service but you will be reimbursed when you are paid for your jury service.

Howard M. Metzenbaum Courthouse

There are multiple public parking options in close proximity to the Metzenbaum Courthouse. The cost for parking is typically between $5.00-$13.00 per day. Prices are subject to change. Please bring your parking stub or receipt with you to the Jury Department for verification. You are responsible for paying for your parking the day of service but you will be reimbursed when you are paid for your jury service.

Public Transportation & Tower City Center Walkway

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority has bus and rail services within close proximity to the Courthouse. All rail lines converge at the Tower City Rapid Station and many RTA bus routes service the area near the station. The Courthouse is conveniently connected to Tower City Center by a walkway located in the corner of the Food Court opposity the walkway to Gateway.

Dining

Lunch is typically not provided for Jurors. There is a Cafeteria on the 7th Floor of the Carl B. Stokes US Courthouse, which is open from 7 AM-2PM. In addition, there are many dining options within walking distance at Tower City Center. Jurors can also bring a packed lunch. There is a microwave and small refrigerator available in the Jury Department.
