The Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure has approved publication for public comment of proposed amendments to existing rules and forms, as well as one new rule. The proposals and supporting materials are posted on the Judiciary's website at: https://www.uscourts.gov/rules-policies/proposed-amendments-published-public-comment. The public comment period opens on August 15, 2024 and closes on February 17, 2025.
