The Court has approved for publication for public comment proposed amendments to Local Civil Rule Appendix K relating to the standard for discovery of electronically stored information (“E-Discovery”).  The proposed amendments are posted on the Court’s website at https://www.ohnd.uscourts.gov/court-info/local-rules-and-orders. The public comment period opens December 1, 2022 and closes January 30, 2023.
